Anna Nicastro

Wealth Management Advisor

Anna Nicastro has spent more than two decades helping people make confident financial decisions, especially during the moments when confidence is hardest to find. Her expertise spans cash flow planning, investment management, real estate, retirement, and tax planning — but her real specialty is showing up when life shifts.

Before joining Claro, Anna spent four years at Pension & Wealth Management Advisors in Waltham and 15 years in investment and financial planning roles across both individual and public pension fund clients. She holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and earned her Financial Planning Certificate from NYU.

Anna lives in Boston with her two kids and their French Bulldog, Bubba — and she brings the same balance she values in her personal life to the advice she gives her clients.

Clients and Services

Navigating Life Changes

From divorce to job transitions to growing your family, I help you get your financial footing — clearly and without the overwhelm.

Planning for Retirement

Whether retirement is five years away or twenty, I'll help you build a picture of what it looks like and what it takes to get there.

Investment Management

Evidence-based portfolios1 built around your goals — grounded in long-term discipline, not short-term reactions. I manage the day-to-day so you can focus on the bigger picture.

Tax-Aware Planning

Tax planning isn't a once-a-year conversation. I look for opportunities year-round that may help reduce tax drag — because tax-aware planning is part of building a stronger long-term picture. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

Real Estate & Cash Flow

Buying a home, managing properties, or just trying to understand where your money goes — I bring clarity to the numbers.

Individuals & Families

I work best with people who want a real relationship with their advisor — someone who knows their situation, not just their account number.

What Working Together Looks Like

01

Get the Full Picture

We start with a real conversation — your goals, your concerns, the financial complexity you're sitting with right now. No forms, no pitch. Just listening.

02

Build Your Plan

I bring together your cash flow, investments, tax situation, and what's coming next in your life to build a plan that's actually yours — not a template.

03

Put It in Motion

We implement the plan together, step by step. I handle the coordination so you don't have to manage ten moving parts at once.

04

Stay Ahead of Change

Life doesn't stand still, and neither does your plan. We meet regularly and adjust as things shift — proactively, not reactively.

Common Questions

What types of clients do you work with?

I work primarily with individuals and families going through major life transitions — whether that's a career move, getting divorced, having kids, buying property, or planning for retirement. My clients tend to be people who want a real relationship with their advisor, not just a quarterly statement. If you're at a turning point and want someone to help you think through the financial side with clarity, we'd probably be a good fit.

How do I know if I need a financial advisor right now?

If something big has changed — or is about to — that's usually the moment. I've found that people most benefit from working with an advisor not when everything is stable, but when things are in motion. Whether it's a promotion, a new family, a divorce, or approaching retirement, having a plan in place before the change lands can help you navigate it with greater clarity and fewer reactive decisions.

What does the first meeting look like?

We have a straightforward conversation about where you are and where you want to go. There's no pressure and no obligation. I want to understand your situation before we talk about anything else. The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity.

How often will we meet?

For most clients, we meet at minimum annually, with check-ins when something significant changes. If you're in the middle of a big transition, we may be in touch much more frequently — that's exactly what I'm here for.
