As one of the earliest engineering hires, he has played a foundational role in shaping the product—from designing core backend services and infrastructure to delivering user-facing features that drive real business impact.
He brings deep expertise in Python, Java, Kubernetes, AWS, and related technologies, specializing in architecting high-performance, reliable solutions for complex workflows and large-scale data processing. His background spans fintech and e-commerce, with prior experience collaborating with leading financial institutions including KBC Bank (Belgium), CIB Bank (Hungary), and T-Mobile.
As an engineering leader, András is passionate about fostering operational excellence, close product-engineering collaboration, and a strong culture of ownership. He builds high-performing teams that ship consistently, iterate rapidly based on user feedback, and uphold rigorous standards in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Outside the office, András enjoys skiing and exploring new destinations through travel.
