Head of People
Nicole LaBrie is Head of People, where she leads the firm's talent strategy while also supporting company-wide initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness and growth. She partners closely with executive leadership on talent, culture, and cross-functional priorities, ensuring the organization scales and operates thoughtfully.
With more than a decade of experience as a project and consulting manager, Nicole has guided complex initiatives across IT, marketing, and strategy from ideation through execution. In her current role, she contributes to special projects and serves as an advisor to the executive team, helping drive alignment, manage strategic initiatives, and navigate change across the organization. Nicole is a leader known for emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Nicole attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT and proudly grew up in Portland, ME. She currently resides in Hingham, MA with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her kids at sporting events, reading, and staying active.
